Appointment Scheduler

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Appointment Scheduler to work in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use the closing software platform to confirm scheduled signing appointments with borrowers and signing agents.
Confirm completed signing appointments with the notary/attorney and update the system.
Pre-audit loan document(s), including processing and annotation.
Use the database to identify available signing agents and send documents to those agents.
Adhere to cost control guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with closers and external parties
Strong attention to detail
Experience in scheduling, data entry, and other administrative duties
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent

OTHER DETAILS: Tuesday through Friday 11 am to 7 pm and Saturday 9 am to 5 pm EST.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $12.00 per recruitment
