Loan Closer/Underwriter

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Loan Closer/Underwriter to work remotely in the U.S.

OVERVIEW:

This is a long-term/permanent position. We are only looking to bring on a few talented closers to help us fill out the team. When our pipeline gets too full we hire contractors, we are looking for talented underwriters who want to advance their career to the next level!

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DUTIES:

Prepare loan documents, coordinate Escrows, and Notary dates.
Track processes.
Sign-off on conditions.
Notify all of the parties as exceptions occur.
Work to determine concerns to complete the loan.
Review documents to confirm that the conditions are met.
Maintain regulatory compliance.
Ensure supported qualifications and conditions have been met.
Coordinate with Loan Officer, Processor, and Escrow.
Coordinate wire requests with Accounting and Electronic Funds Transfer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma is required. College Degree is preferred.
2/+ years of experience in closing, funding, processing, underwriting, or originating.

SKILLS:

Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task and manage time wisely.
Have an understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and Federal SAFE Act Legislation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
