Mortgage Funder/Closer

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mortgage Funder/Closer to work in the U.S.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DUTIES:

Review closed loan documents for accuracy in accordance with company guidelines.
Follow up on missing items required for a complete package.
Assure compliance with Advisors Mortgage Group policies and procedures.
Complete post-closing audit to ensure all files are recordable and salable.
Work with underwriters, processors and funders to resolve deficiencies and resolve future deficiencies.
Audit loan documentation for all appropriate signatures/notarizations to ensure documents are compliant with state, lender, and investor requirements.
Stay up to date on investor delivery requirements for a complete package.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Create electronic credit and closing package that will be delivered to investor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Two years of Mortgage experience is required.
College degree is preferred.

SKILLS:

Familiar with closing documents in a mortgage transaction
Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
