Mortgage Loan Closer/Funder

Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Residential Mortgage Loan Signer to work remotely in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with the borrower to get appropriate documentation.
Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy.
Meet metrics as defined by management.
Work with borrowers, Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriting and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Residential Mortgage
Loan Processor
Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology.
Maintain knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and changes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
High level of customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and quality-focused

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment/hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
