Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Loan Coordinator to work remotely in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be familiar with conforming, jumbo, FHA, and VA.
Must be able to process applications from submission of the loan package to underwriting and funding.
Gather, organize, and track loan documentation
Note and document conversations in LOS conversation log.
Work with underwriters, funders, and others to complete processing.
Verify customer income documentation and resolve routine title issues
Reply to emails/calls in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of current experience in processing mortgage loans.
Mortgage Loan Coordinator experience
Proficient in the following software systems: Microsoft Office, Mavent and AUS- LP/DU.
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs.
Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, TRID, etc.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to use creative thinking to find solutions to problems.
Tactfulness and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Time management
High energy, self-motivated.\, and service-oriented attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, attention to details and ability to meet deadlines

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

BENEFITS: 401(k)
