Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of an Mortgage Loan Originator to work virtually in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPES: Full-time, Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise borrowers on loan programs and options.
Guide customers through the loan application process.
File loan applications and supporting documents.
Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
Handle customer complaints and take the appropriate action(s) to resolve them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have active and current MLO license.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator/broker/retail loan officer.

SKILLS:

Working knowledge of financial and lending practices.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Able to build rapport with clients.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
