Mortgage Originator

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Originator to work remotely in the U.S. only.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Notarize loan signing documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record of loan origination in the retail market is required.
Knowledge of conventional and government guidelines.
Ability to generate business through relationships with Realtor's, Builders, bankers, and financial advisors.
Ability to manage a pipeline.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Must possess basic computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate should be very well organized, have excellent time management and follow-up skills.
Strong and highly experienced in house processing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
