Title Closing Specialist

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Title Closing Specialist to work in a telecommute capacity in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create settlement statements for closing packages.
Review title commitments for vesting and requirements; make the necessary corrections for final approval.
Coordinate with schedules to assign closing times.
Secure notaries for scheduled closings or conduct closings personally as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED
1/+ year of experience in Real Estate Title, Escrow, and Closings experience.
Previous related experience is preferred (i.e. closing, financial, mortgage, title services).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to multi-task.
High attention to detail.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, and Outlook.
Prior experience with real estate settlement transactions.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and strong collaboration skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

BENEFITS: 401(k)
