Title Office Manager


In this position, the qualified candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating and conducting closings, in CO; HUD and document preparation; pre and post- closing responsibilities; and policy issuance. Other duties to include, but not limited to: daily office operations, communicating with lenders & real estate professionals, as well as maintaining strong business relationships with our alliance partners.

Ideal candidate must possess: Bachelors degree in business or related field with experience in real property title, banking, law or real estate, including supervision of a real estate, finance, or banking operations staff, significant title insurance management or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Multi-state experience very helpful.

Also required: valid drivers license; Notary Public for state(s) in which business is done; Title Insurance Producers license or the ability to obtain one within six months of accepting position; and appropriate number of CEUs for timely maintenance of license. Familiarity with PC working environment is key.
