Virtual Funder

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Funder to work in the U.S.

The Mortgage Funder is responsible for This is an individual who will be working in a fast-paced environment and is able to stay organized.

DUTIES:

Obtain and review Closing Disclosures.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and title agents.
Request funds from our warehouse lenders.
Follow up on pay offs and conditions.
Request and reconcile all outgoing and incoming wires.
Assist in other areas of post-originations as needed.
Ensure that a loan has met the criteria for releasing the funds after closing of the loan.
Review documents, complete documentation, and communicate with the warehouse banks to release funds.
Provide administrative and sales support to LO with all 3rd party referral sources, borrower prospects and their processor for all loans in the pipeline.
Adhere to all federal and state compliance guidelines relative to the retail mortgage lending.
Maintain and correspond with the LO database to ensure that the accurate information is maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

One to three years of Mortgage experience, including government lending.
College degree is a plus!

SKILLS:

Familiar with closing documents in a mortgage transaction.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
