Virtual Mortgage Loan Notary Signer

Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Loan Processor to work virtually in the U.S.

This position involves performing appraisals of business or individual loans. You will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution.

You will notarize and sign mortgage loan documents

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work from home or remote
Remain up to speed regarding lending guidelines.
Work positively with 3rd party entities such as Escrow, Title, Realtor's, and Clients
Forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication.
Work within established regulations and adhere to law requirements at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven working experience in a loan processor role.

SKILLS:

Good knowledge of banking computer software and Broker web sites.
In-depth understanding of the Wholesale Broker channel.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a results driven approach.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

Compensation: $85 to $200 per loan signing appointment / hour
